• Representation in lawsuits and administrative actions at all levels throughout the country, including proceedings conducted by public prosecutors and consumer defense agencies (PROCONs);
• Provision of consulting services for development of advertising campaigns, to assure compliance with applicable legislation and regulations;
• Analysis, preparation and revision of contracts involving consumer affairs; and
• Provision of advice to prevent problems in consumer relations, by preparing legal opinions and memorandums on interpretation of consumer legislation.
