Pedro Sergio Fialdini Filho

Education: Law degree from Pontifical Catholic University of São Paulo (PUC-SP) Law School; postgraduate specialization in civil procedure law from the same school.

Pedro Sergio Fialdini Filho has long experience in complex lawsuits and arbitrations, having previously worked in some of the leading law firms in Brazil. He specializes now in serving clients in regulated sectors, such as pharmaceuticals and electric power. He also teaches civil procedure law as a part-time professor at his alma mater, Pontifical Catholic University of São Paulo Law School.

Pedro is recognized as among the top lawyers in litigation by Latin America Corporate Counsel Association (LACCA), and has also received recognition as one of the most admired lawyers in Brazil in civil law, consumer law and drug and consumer product regulation by Análise Advocacia and in the area of life sciences by Chambers Latin America.
