Graduated in 2001 from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro, he has extensive experience in litigation and conflict resolution, administrative and regulatory law, civil and corporate law, competition law, health law, consumer law and intellectual property.
He has a postgraduate degree in Administrative Law from the Rio de Janeiro State School of Magistrates and his legal practice is consistently recognized by various specialized publications such as Leaders League, Análise Advocacia, Best Lawyers and Legal 500. In 2024, he was named a Global Elite Thought Leader in Life Sciences by Lexology.
Alexandre is also co-author of the chapter on Brazil in the 6th, 7th and 8th editions of the The Life Sciences Law Review, He also has experience in domestic arbitration, including as a co-arbitrator.
