Education: Bachelor’s in business administration from Faculdades Metropolitanas Unidas (FMU) and law degree from Álvares Penteado Law School (FAAP).

Sergio Fialdini Neto works with a wide range of issues in business and corporate law, including drafting and negotiation of contracts in many segments. He has participated in the negotiation and closing of relevant corporate transactions as well as in the incorporation of startups, from the conception of their structure to negotiation of contracts with investors. Sergio also has recognized experience in transactions involving foreign companies with investments in Brazil and Brazilian firms with investments abroad.
